As soon as the order on reserve will be received, the manager of hotel will contact you for specification of the necessary information. Hotel reservations are given by way of sequence. Payment is made by cash or credit cards (VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club). The reserve about 18.00 days of arrival are valid. Numbers are given to visitors from 14.00, clearing of numbers up to 12.00 days. In case of delay of the visitor, from it the payment for actual idle time of number, but no more than for 1 day is raised.
At delay more, than for day, the reservation will be cancelled.
In case of not arrival staying at the appointed time, and also cancellings of the reservation less than for 2 hours, the penalty at a rate of cost of reserved number for one day is exposed.
